Mirko Jovanović

Mirko Jovanovic, LLB has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association since 1985. With more than 30 years of professional experience, Mirko advises global, national and local clients on all aspects of corporate, commercial and administrative Law. Since 1990, he has been constantly providing professional services to bankruptcy and liquidation trustees in the bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings. His work in numerous contentious matters includes the provision of legal advice and opinions from the very creation of a case, prioritizing and providing principle guidelines for successful case preparation. Mirko is the author of several studies published in the magazine "Legal Life" and visiting lecturer of the “Kopaonik” School of Natural Law. He has special interest and appropriate qualifications for the legal informatics, including pioneer author project in this area.
