Over the years, by representing both companies participating as bidders in public procurement procedures and those acting as contracting authorities, our team has gained substantial experience in this field.

JMS & Partners offers comprehensive legal support to all business entities involved in public procurement—from initiating the procedure and publishing the call for tenders, through the awarding of public procurement contracts, to drafting Requests for the Protection of Rights or responses to such requests. We also represent clients before the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, an independent body ensuring legal protection in accordance with the Public Procurement Law.
