Dusan M. Bajic

Dušan M. Bajic has been a member of the Serbian Bar Association and Belgrade Bar Association since 2015. He specializes in providing legal assistance to clients in the areas of civil and commercial law, through representation in civil, bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings.

Dusan Bajic possesses significant experience in drafting lawsuits, legal remedies and contracts, as well as in consulting related to intellectual property law (copyright, trademarks and patents). He has also participated in complex projects of state-owned companies and large private companies.

As a registered Mediator, attorney Bajic possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the field of alternative dispute resolution methods, which has proven very useful both in legal counseling and representing clients in mediation proceedings before other mediators.

He has successfully represented and advised the largest domestic and international companies in the field of electricity production and export, tobacco industry and food products industry, as well as in disputes arising from such business operations.

In the construction, real estate and mining sectors, Dusan Bajic has advised and represented domestic and foreign companies in proceedings related to damage compensation, breach of contractual obligations, warranty issues, termination of privatization contracts, as well as in complex bankruptcy proceedings.

Before becoming a Partner and co-owner of JMS & Partners law firm, he was engaged as an intern at one of the leading firms in the field of commercial crime, then as a judicial clerk at the Commercial Court in Belgrade, after that as a legal trainee, and then as an Attorney-Associate at one of the leading law firms in the field of commercial law in the Republic of Serbia, after which he began independent legal practice.

Attorney Bajic represents clients before state authorities and courts.
