Mirko Jovanovic

Mirko Jovanovic has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association since 1985. With more than 30 years of professional experience, he advises global, national and local clients in all aspects of corporate, commercial and administrative law.

Since 1990, he has continuously provided professional services to bankruptcy and liquidation trustees in bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings. His work on numerous disputes includes providing legal advice and opinions from the very beginning of the case, determining priorities and setting basic guidelines for successful case preparation.

Mirko is the author of several studies published in the journal “Legal Life” and a guest lecturer at the “Kopaonik School of Natural Law.” He is particularly interested in legal informatics and possesses appropriate qualifications in this field, including a pioneering authorial project on this topic.
