Nikola D. Urosevic

Nikola D. Urosevic is an attorney and partner at JMS & Partners law firm, specialized in providing strategic legal solutions that are crucial for the long-term success of his clients. He joined JMS in 2009, bringing valuable experience gained as a judicial trainee at the Commercial Court in Belgrade.

During his long-standing practice, he has represented numerous domestic and foreign clients from various industrial sectors, providing them with comprehensive legal services and expert advice in almost all areas of law, including contract, corporate, property and labor law.

He is particularly proud of the results achieved in representing clients from the military and defense industry, international transport, energy sector, tobacco industry, construction, food industry and pharmaceuticals. His experience includes complex cases related to corporate restructuring, contractual and property disputes, and intellectual property protection.

Additionally, Nikola possesses valuable experience in representing clients in enforcement procedures and mediation procedures, having passed the enforcement officer exam and obtained a mediator license. He believes in the importance of peaceful dispute resolution when possible and successfully helps clients in negotiations and achieving efficient out-of-court solutions.

Nikola is one of the authors of Paragraf Lex and co-author of the Collection of Current Administrative Court Practice, published by Paragraf lex d.o.o. Belgrade in 2017.

In 2021, he was elected as a judge of the Disciplinary Court of the Belgrade Bar Association.
