Ruza Urosevic

Ruza Urosevic graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade in 1980. She is a specialist in administrative law, administrative procedures and administrative disputes.

She spent her rich professional career working in managerial positions in local government bodies, state administration and the judiciary. She particularly distinguished herself performing duties as assistant and deputy director of the Republic Geodetic Institute. She was an advisor to the Supreme Court of Serbia, and from the formation of the Administrative Court, she performed the function of judge of the Administrative Court.

She participated in numerous international conferences and projects and attended a large number of seminars, consultations and workshops organized by the Administrative Court, Judicial Center, and Judicial Academy respectively.

She is the author of dozens of scientific papers and several law commentaries.
